Drumroll Please!

Clover’s Kitchen has had its main store in Lionheart Mohatu for two years now, which seems an eternity by SL standards. With the second anniversary, I began to think that the building was a little… oh… behind the times.

Before: Taken last fall.

It’s not a bad build, not at all. But my inventory has grown, and I decided that the time has come to change it up. Not only a prettier build that makes better use of the space, but also a more intuitive layout that enables shoppers to find what they’re looking for much more easily.

I did some shopping around, pricing things, planning, and showed some of my pictures and shared some of my ideas with my friend Thaddeus. You know, just thinking out loud with a colleague sort of thing. So imagine my surprise when I got an offline IM the next morning saying “Wait until you see this!”

Inspired by the ideas I showed him, Thaddeus actually built me a new shop building as a surprise gift.

I spent the past 2 days rearranging stock and filling the new building, and now, it’s DONE!
